Carl Roth, 2nd Technician Level

Carl Roth is the head instructor for Sonoma County WingTsun. He began training in the International WingTsun Association in 1997 and is a 2nd Technician Level. Carl started teaching in 1999 as an assistant instructor and in 2001 began teaching semi-professionally when he started his own training group, Sonoma County WingTsun.

Carl's areas of interest include a good deal of fitness and recreation, including running, adventure-hiking, yoga, cycling and personal training, just to name a few. WingTsun has become one of the many touch-stones of Carl's life and his goal is to evolve Sonoma County WingTsun into a 24/7/ 365 professional school with classes, workshops and events that incorporate WingTsun as well as other areas of fitness and recreation.
